As I'm sure our return visitors already know, we have re-designed our website with two major goals in mind:

1. Make it easier and faster for you to find the information you want.
2. Make it easier to contact us.

To achieve these two goals, we put links to each product on the left side of each page will allow you to quickly find the information you want. All pages in our site now share a common layout. We also added a link to our Live Help on each page (on the left side near the bottom of the links).

We are still in the process of migrating the old support resources (product documentation, FAQs, and others) from the old site to the new one. We hope to have that complete soon. We also hope to have a site search functionality available soon.
