How can I do to initiate the CW5 at start up like system tray service?

Hello!
The logging part of Chat Watch always runs in the background. When you click the green 'Start' button on Chat Watch's toolbar the logging starts. You can then exit Chat Watch and the logging is done in the background. For this reason, there isn't an explicit 'stealth' mode because Chat Watch essentially always runs in a hidden, stealth mode.

but... The system tray icon always appear, right? or I can close the application (exit) and always run in background?

No, just click the X button or click Exit from the File menu. The logging will still be going.
The system tray icon is really just useful if you use Chat Watch to log your own chats and you want easy access to it.
